About Us
Drive with confidence
Gershwen Driving School was formed on 2nd November 2023 which developed from voluntary community driver training for about 2 years to support people who could not afford to take lessons or who could not do lessons during the week due to work responsibilities.
Due to my Social work background, it was easy to connect to people of different levels of the community.
Gershwen Driving school have the capacity to do 30 lessons a week and work with organisations working for clients from ministry of social development.

Keep a safe distance
Keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you and avoid tailgating
Speed Limit
Follow the speed limit and adjust your speed according the road conditions.
Turning Signal Light On
Use your turn signal before changing lane or turning and check your blind spots.
Seat Belt
Wear your seat belt and make sure your passengers do the same
Avoid Distractions
Avoid distractions such as using your phone, eating, drinking the while driving
Drive Sober
Drive sober and drug-free and avoid driving when you are tired or drowsy
Practice defensive driving
Practice defensive driving by being alert, cautious and courteous
Know traffic laws
Know the local traffic laws and signs and follow them accordingly

What sets Gershwen Driver Training apart from other driver training organisations is that we offer our Services after hours and weekends.
We provide a service for the working class who cannot afford to leave their place of work during the day or students who would benefit by doing their driving lessons over weekends.
We focus on our Pacific community who has challenges with the language barrier and need extra support with a patient approach to driver training.
